Tickets are non-refundable. Tours go ahead in all weathers. If you find that you are unable to attend on the evening you have booked, let us know no later than 5 hours before the start of the tour, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you on another date.

The content of our tours can be rather gruesome and may not always be suitable for younger children. Please use your own discretion when booking tickets for children.
